Adeline is 10 months!
Adeline is 10 months! How is this year flying by so fast?? Her first birthday is just around the corner. I'm starting to be in party planning mode... she will be 1, and just a month before Brendon is 30! If only Brendon loved birthdays the way I do... humph.
Here is some of what we were up to this month with little Miss Adeline...
Swimming lessons with Mommy and Holly! She did great gliding on her tummy in the water and kicking. We also worked on holding her breath, going under water, floating on her back, and reaching the side. Baby steps.
Guarding Mom's coupons at the grocery store. Serious business. Couponista in training.
GG and Bill sent the girls matching Princeton shirts. Bill is hopeful...
Adeline is as into everything as she can be for not being on the move. She reaches for things constantly, and even reached for a pan on the stove the other day and burned her finger. Mommy foul. It's hard trying to keep her from crying and finishing dinner! For the record, it's completely healed. Thanks for lavender and frankincense essential oils.
Adeline is not yet crawling but oh so close! She is very interested in Lilleigh's toys, and they got in their first little toy squabble - over a yellow Dickey's cup in the bath tub! Lilleigh left the bathtub in a huff, but eventually returned and accepted the reality of taking turns with her sister.
Sweet girl has 5 teeth, 3 of which she got in the last month.
She is wearing size 3 diapers, as of 10 months. Mainly 9 month clothes (some 6). In Target brand (runs small), she can wear some 12 month.
Adeline is such a joy! We are so blessed to have her in our family. She's happy, flexible, and active. She is sweet 99.9% of the time, but every so often, a little spit fire comes out, usually when she can't have something she wants. There's some back arching and throwing herself back. I'm holding out for that 99.9%!

Mom bought Adeline a couple of pairs of OshKosh B'Gosh overalls... they are so stinkin' cute! Especially on this cute girl!
